In the spotlight

A gang of young hedonistic millionaires led by Slobozhenko “donated” their disability

25-year-old Kiev millionaire Alexander Slobozhenko (pictured above) and a small company of Kyiv young people are vacationing in European resorts during the general mobilization, according to an investigation by Ukrayinska Pravda.

The authors of the investigation pay attention to the charter, Ferrari, two Lamborghinis, several top-end BMWs and helicopter footage. Skydiving in Switzerland, a birthday in Ibiza, Venice, Lake Como, the Dolomites in Italy - this is just a brief retelling of one Slobozhenko’s vacation with friends.

In August 2022, a young businessman published a video on social networks in which he was driving a supercar through the Alps in Italy. In the footage, Slobozhenko boasts that he and his friends have two Lamborghini Huracans and several other sports cars and that they are doing a “small family run.” After this, the camera films from a helicopter how these cars drive along the roads at high speed. According to the UP, the supercars in which a group of young people travel around Italy have Ukrainian registration numbers.

As Ukrainskaya Pravda found out, Alexander makes money on the Internet through arbitration, advertising and traffic. Journalists of the publication noticed him and his friends even earlier, when they staged street races on Kyiv roads during the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine. During races, sometimes riders got into accidents.

Thanks to sources in law enforcement agencies, Ukrayinska Pravda was able to establish that the reason for Slobozhenko’s travel abroad was unfitness for military service, that is, “serious health problems.” This is even indicated in the corresponding medical certificate dated October 2022. At the same time, in the videos published on the young man’s social networks, he does things that are not for the seriously ill - in addition to racing in expensive cars, he presses barbells, somersaults into a pond, rides jet skis and regular motorcycles, snowmobiles, and the like.

According to the UP, two more “unfit” 33-year-old men were vacationing in the Alps with Slobozhenko - Vadim Gerasimenko and Artur Bershadsky, as well as 31-year-old Roman Dzyubenko, who went as a volunteer through the well-known “Shlyakh” system. Roman can often be seen in Kyiv driving an orange Lamborghini Huracan. Right now Dzyubenko and Slobozhenko are abroad. According to Roman’s social networks, he “volunteers” on the Spanish island of Mallorca.

Another friend of Slobozhenko, businessman Rostislav Potapenko, crosses the border thanks to letters from the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the great invasion, he had already left the country in this manner eight times.

Photos on Slobozhenko’s social networks also show an “unfit for service” young man, whose name is not mentioned.

It is also known that in the fall of 2022, Slobozhenko and Dzyubenko raced a Lamborghini in the center of Warsaw, for which they were stopped by the police.

The editors of Ukrayinska Pravda asked Alexander Slobozhenko for comment, but he has not yet responded.
