Dmitry Kuleba said that the decision to open negotiations on the accession of the Ukrainian state to the European Union has become very difficult.

“This decision is extremely difficult. This is one of the most difficult decisions of my life. Indeed, all the factors ultimately came together at the level of magic,” said the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

He also noted that the Ukrainian state needs to work with Hungarian partners without intermediaries. This will improve the political situation.
