The media has published an investigation into how the Ukrainian Migration Service issues passports to Russian “thieves in law” during the war.

The online publication “Mezha” published an investigation that talks about illegal schemes of the Central Interregional Directorate of the State Migration Service in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

Investigators say that the head of the Kyiv VHI legalized “thieves in law” in Ukraine. In particular, Asoyan Nodari and Andriana Rodina, referred to in the criminal world as Imanali. Journalists from Bigus.Info have also already talked about it.

According to Mezhi insiders, after an investigation by Bigus.Info, Poluzver (aka Imanali) received a Ukrainian passport with a new name - Andrian Mikhailovich Kovalenko.

Another, Asoyan Nodari, has at least three Ukrainian passports.

He is Evgeniy Lembritsky, and Alexander Shavdiya and Mikhail Dimitrius. Lover of rare surnames. His status in the criminal world is “thief in law.”

Nodari and Rodin are members of the gang clan of the famous Russian crime boss pseudo Ded Khasan. He became known to the general public through a photo with Vladimir Putin.
