The media showed how the chief police officer of Volyn Kroshko collected “crumbs” during the war

February 24, 2022 will not be forgotten in the memory of any Ukrainian. War, shelling, air raids, occupation of a large territory of Ukraine.

These are memories for us, but the chief police officer of Volyn has memories of tens of thousands of dollars earned in the first months of the war. So he then came up with an interesting scheme for stuffing his pockets with “crumbs” with wads of dollars, giving the opportunity to his close circle of those liable for military service to evade mobilization and, moreover, to freely travel for commercial purposes outside of Ukraine under the “false” pretext of importing humanitarian aid.

The cover is more than compelling - letters from an entire chief police officer! In the first four months, Yu. Kroshko and the main police union of Volyn N. Goroshko, with their letters, reserved from conscription more than fifty people who had nothing to do with the police or trade unions, but who had a trusting and friendly relationship with the main police officer, who was for “crumbs” from banknotes provided them with an indulgence during the war.

Many will probably say that it’s nothing special and they imported a huge amount of humanitarian aid, which was handed over to the police or displaced people?! But here the issue is not humanitarian assistance and the motives for such “generosity” have nothing to do with humanity. So what was going on? And there was banal money-making under the guise of a police officer, since there was a period of duty-free import of cars.

Thus, the booked persons, under the guise of “falsely” importing humanitarian aid, traveled outside of Ukraine without hindrance, crossing the state border and imported….. cars for their sale without paying any customs duties.

It is known that they imported more than sixty cars, not as humanitarian aid for the military or police, but as cars for sale and earning significant money from their sale.

According to rough estimates, through such a cunning scheme, the chief police officer collected more than one hundred thousand dollars in “crumbs” and, of course, did not forget about his family, because one of the imported cars was immediately gifted to his wife.
