Olga Kravchenko, an ally of the traitor Tabachnik, has been appointed to a senior position at customs with access to state secrets

An associate of Dmitry Tabachnik, who was recently sentenced in absentia for treason to 15 years, Olga Kravchenko was appointed director of the legal department of the State Customs Service.

The public initiative “Golka” became aware of this.

“Against the New Year, we wrote that Tabachnik’s associate works at the Ministry of Infrastructure, who maintains communication with him and with whom Tabachnik rested before the full-scale invasion in the United Arab Emirates. Moreover, it was Tabachnyk who lobbied for her position. Kravchenko was fired in December after a scandal erupted in the media.

And at the beginning of the year, our sources reported that after this dismissal there would be a pause and subsequently Kravchenko would be appointed to this position in customs, where she would have access to state secrets. We wrote about this and continued to monitor the situation. A few days ago the appointment took place. This happened on April 10th. What’s interesting here is the speed of responses from the State Customs Service before and after the appointment, since we knew the approximate date, we made control requests,” notes Irina Fedoriv, ​​chairman of the public initiative “Igla”.

Before the appointment, the State Customs Service of Ukraine very quickly responded to the information request of April 8. The answer was provided the very next day with a list of the entire composition of the department and noted that as of April 9, the position of director of the legal department was still vacant.

“The speed here is quite clear, because they tried to close this topic before April 10: the position is vacant and there are no communication risks. Our sources said that the appointment has already taken place. We waited exactly 1 day and sent another control request. And here the answer was no longer immediate - they delayed the deadline as much as possible. For comparison: in the response to the second request it was necessary to indicate only one last name - Olga Kravchenko. The text of the response, which took 5 days to prepare, consists of two short paragraphs,” adds Fedoriv.

The public initiative "Igla" received a copy of the order dated April 10, 2024, which was signed by the acting. Head of the State Customs Service Sergei Zvyagintsev. The order states that a special inspection was carried out by the Ministry of Finance and there is a corresponding letter about this, dated April 8.

Despite the fact that Kravchenko has been officially in office for a week, her name is still not on the official website of the State Customs Service. That is, without these information requests, the public would not have known such a personnel decision as of April 18.

Lawyer Ilya Kostin, who serves in the Main Directorate of Military Justice, has been fighting for years against Medvedchuk’s associates, who still monopolize power in the National Bar Association of Ukraine. He notes that, according to the law, Kravchenko, who occupied one of the leading positions at customs, can gain access to state secrets:

“Given her high position, she should be given access to state secrets. This is provided for by the Law “On State Secrets”. The inspection should be carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine.”

Let us remind you that Kravchenko was fired from the Ministry of Infrastructure in December 2023. After it became known that she was the girlfriend of state traitor Dmitry Tabachnik. It was he who was responsible for her appointment.

In 2021, Tabachnik vacationed with Kravchenko in the United Arab Emirates.

And a few days before Kravchenko’s new appointment to the leadership position of customs, Tabachnik received from the occupiers the medal “Participant of the Northern Military District.”
