People's Deputy from the now banned Opposition Platform - For Life party Vadim Stolar is organizing a construction business in the United Arab Emirates. He registered a company with a name consonant with the Ukrainian one and offers potential buyers to buy real estate in two buildings in a very respectable area.
Vadim Stolar in Ukraine has connections with several construction companies. One of them is Enso group. And although he denied for a long time that he was associated with her, he registered a company with the same name in Dubai. The deputy included information about the company in his declaration as a people's deputy.
Stolar noted that Enso investment LLC loaned him $1.5 million and 2.6 million dirhams, which is $716 thousand at the exchange rate.
According to official data, Enso investment LLC is registered in a rather remote area of Dubai, actually bordering on another, less pretentious emirate - Sharjah.
However, her real office is located in the most respectable place - in Downtown. This is stated on the official website of Enso investment. Antikor journalists received photographs of the building where Vadim Stolar’s company operates. This is Boulevard plaza 2, whose windows overlook the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa.
From this building, via an air-conditioned passage, you can get to the largest shopping center, Dubai Mall, where the most expensive stores in the luxury segment are located. On the ground floor of the building where the office of the Stolar construction company is located, there is an Aston Martin luxury car store. James Bond from the famous film saga about Agent 007 drove a car of this brand.
According to real estate websites in Dubai, you can rent an office in Boulevard plaza 2, depending on the area, for example, for $450,000 per year, or even for $950,000. As a local broker told Antikor journalists, more elite office real estate can only be found in Burj Khalifa. “But most wealthy clients usually choose buildings opposite the Burj Khalifa. After all, if you rent or live in it, you don’t see it. And if you have an office in Boulevard plaza, then you can see both the tower and the Dubai mall, and this view is really worth a lot of money,” he says.
According to the official website of Enso investment LLC, the directors of the company are Dmitry Davtyan, Janak Chandrakans and Prasanna Viswamursi.
If the first name seemed familiar to you, then you didn’t. Davtyan is the former deputy chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration. He worked in this position from 2017 to November 2019. He is the son of a famous Kharkov businessman, who also heads the Armenian community, which in particular includes ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
It is noteworthy that on the Dubai website Enso investment Davtyan indicated his name with Russian transliteration. That is why one would think that this is some other Davtyan, and not the one who helped Klitschko “saw money” on the construction of the notorious interchange on the Shulyavsky overpass in Kyiv.
But this is exactly that Davtyan. On the page of Enso investment director Dmitry Davtyan on the LinkedIN social network, the main photo is exactly the same as on the KSCA website. Therefore, there is no doubt that Klitschko’s deputy is now a business partner of the developer Vadim Stolar.
His LinkedIN profile states that he is a representative of DAD Investment Group. This is the company of his father, Alexander Davtyan. However, Dmitry constantly likes publications from Enso investment in Dubai.
Enso investment LLC offers clients real estate in two buildings - Enso Jade and Enso Amber. Both of them are located in the Jumeirah garden city neighborhood.
To explain the luxury of the area, it is worth saying that a few hundred meters away is the most iconic building for Dubai - the Museum of the Future.
From the windows of their own apartments, residents will be able to admire the largest skyscrapers along the main road of the emirate - Sheikh Zayed road. Among them, the tallest hotel in the world is Gevora. The building, 365 meters high, is included in the Guinness Book of Records. It has 528 rooms located on 75 floors.
Just 3 km from the houses that Stolara's company is building, there is one of the most picturesque beaches in Dubai, La Mer. This is a recreation area with a beach, numerous restaurants, boutiques and walking areas. On some major holidays, this is where you can watch the amazing fireworks displays for which the emirate is famous.
Antikor has exclusive photos from two plots on which Vadim Stolar’s company plans to build its first houses. So far, construction has not started and the sites are not even fenced and do not have a construction certificate. But there is no doubt that Enso will be built on them, because the company has placed a corresponding geotag on the Google map.
On one of the sites, Stolar and his business partners plan to build a ten-story Enso Jade complex. According to renderings, the building will have one, two and three bedroom apartments. The largest of them, in addition to bedrooms, will also have a living room and as many as four bathrooms. The building will have two swimming pools, a gym and a children's room.
From the windows of the apartments, residents of the Enso Jade building will be able to look at the tallest hotel in the world, Gevora (building with a clock)
Another site will house Enso Amber. The building will be similar to the first one and will also have ten floors. Clients are offered from one bedroom with one and a half bathrooms to three bedrooms with four bathrooms and a main hall.
The fact that the People's Deputy of Ukraine has settled in Dubai is also evidenced by the information about the accounts he opened in UAE banks and the insurance he took out. According to the laws of the Emirates, only residents can open accounts in local banking institutions, so it is obvious that Stolar has residency in Dubai.
Apparently, Stolar's family has also moved to Dubai, as he declares large sums lent to him by his ex-wife Inna Maystruk in UAE currency.
People's Deputy Vadim Stolar has the opportunity to admire from the office of his company the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, located in Dubai. It is worth noting that apartments in Burj Khalifa are among the most expensive in the world.
In his declaration, Stolar also indicates that he rents a hotel room in Dubai with an area of almost 100 square meters. The deputy did not indicate how much he pays for this room, but given the price tags in Dubai and the area of the premises, one can easily assume that it is tens of thousands of dollars a month.
Vadim Stolar has long been called the “watchdog” of Kiev. Analyzing how much elite property and companies he has in the third year of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he “looked” at hundreds of millions, of course, not hryvnia.
