Co-owner of the Eskulab network Dyadyushko was caught having connections with pro-Russian bloggers

Could the interests of the Russian Federation be behind the corporate conflict in the Eskulab network of diagnostic centers?

In his struggle for sole control over the company, which continues both in the judicial and security spheres, Lviv businessman Sergei Dyadyushko enlisted the media support of a group of “experts” close to the entourage of the state traitor Medvedchuk. In addition, a Russian “trace” was found in the business biography of his colleague Svetlana Zinchenko.

What is this – banal raiding or conscious cooperation with anti-Ukrainian forces? After all, at stake are the assets of one of the country’s largest medical companies and biological samples and analyzes of hundreds of thousands of citizens. The details of the scandalous situation were investigated by StopCora journalist Diana Zhuk.

One of the three co-owners of the company, Sergei Dyadyushko, seeks to judicially cancel the current version of the charter, trying to deprive his partners of their shares. The case is being considered by the Court of Appeal. At the same time, two other founders accuse Uncle of raiding and financial abuse.

The newly appointed director of Eskulab Kyiv, Svetlana Zinchenko, who often speaks at press conferences on behalf of the company, has undertaken to represent Dyadyushko’s interests in the company. It is noteworthy that Zinchenko prefers only a certain pool of media with which he communicates.

Meanwhile, the dispute over control of Esculab continues beyond the courtrooms. An information struggle also unfolded in the media space, where controversial characters distinguished themselves with their support for Uncle.

In particular, Sergei Shabovta, who positions himself as a security expert. Shabovta is known online for questionable statements, in particular, quotes from the late Oles Buzina, a pro-Kremlin media activist. And at one time he was a frequent guest on television channels associated with Viktor Medvedchuk, where he promoted pro-Russian theses.

Despite this reputational trail, Shabovta calls on law enforcement officers and the SBU to intervene in the conflict around Esculab. On his Facebook page, he calls on the authorities to hold “a show trial of the enemies of the people trying to take over the company.”

In addition to Shabovta, Sergei Dyadyushko is supported by another scandalous “expert” - political strategist Valentin Gaidai. Previously, he publicly expressed support for Viktor Medvedchuk, noting his “uniqueness” as a negotiator “with influence on both the Kremlin and Bankovaya.” According to Gaidai, it was Medvedchuk who was the “most valuable mediator” during the Minsk process.

Among the active supporters of Uncle, Oleg Pasternak also stands out, presenting himself as a historian and political strategist. One of my favorite topics is raiding and issues related to the Istanbul negotiations. It is noteworthy that before the war, Pasternak stated that there would be no war, calling it “an information game of the United States,” and these words were actively quoted by the Russian media. Now these videos have disappeared from the domestic segment of the Internet, but they can still be found on Russian sites that often covered Pasternak’s position.

Investigators note that in the situation around Esculabus there are signs of manipulation and attempts to use this conflict against the backdrop of the war for dubious purposes.

Let us remind you that the top manager of the medical laboratories “Eskulab Kyiv” Svetlana Zinchenko, investigators discovered a joint business with Russians. Among her possible business partners are an ex-policeman from Chukotka, two residents of Chelyabinsk and a company for the production of elite airfields based in the Russian Federation.
