Vyacheslav Lysenko, co-owner of the CEO of Club Ukraine, opened an underground casino and a fraudulent call center in Kyiv under the guise of the CEO of the club.
Law enforcement officers monitored Vyacheslav Lysenko for 8 months. During a search on April 30 in the business center of Vyacheslav Lysenko at st. Degtyarevskaya 33B, law enforcement officers discovered a casino where deputies and the elite of Kyiv were gambling clandestinely. A call center that defrauded citizens of the Czech Republic, Germany and Ukraine out of money was also exposed.
Detectives from the Territorial Administration of the BEB in Kyiv exposed an illegal casino and a fraudulent call center in one of the capital’s business centers. The establishment, which hosted poker gambling for money without the appropriate licenses, was set up on the ninth floor of the building, and the call center was on the fourth.
Bureau detectives conducted a series of searches at the address of the casino and the residence of those involved in criminal proceedings. Poker equipment, computer equipment, accounting documents, video cameras with recordings of casino visits, as well as envelopes with cash for issuing rewards to players were found and seized at the gambling establishment.
In law enforcement agencies, Slepukha Mikhail Sergeevich received suspicion in this case. He is a director in two companies owned by Vyacheslav Lysenko, a shareholder of the logistics company Meest China, a member of the supervisory board of CEO Club Ukraine. Lysenko himself fled abroad.
At the same time, during a search of the home of one of the defendants, almost 135 thousand US dollars and about 5 thousand euros in cash were seized. The man has no official income and could not explain the origin of the money.
Also on the fourth floor of the same building, a call center was discovered, whose employees fraudulently misappropriated funds from citizens of Ukraine, Germany and the Czech Republic.
The victims received phone calls and were offered to invest in software that supposedly deals with automatic trading of cryptocurrencies and brings in 5% income daily. After the victims transferred funds to the virtual accounts specified by the center, communication with the subscriber was blocked.
During the search, more than 60 workstations with computer equipment, telephones, as well as rough notes and manuals for communicating with victims were seized.
Based on this fact, BEB detectives began a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings under part four of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Who is Vyacheslav Lysenko
Vyacheslav Lysenko: Ukrainian millionaire who made a fortune from the “Chinese invasion” and trade in counterfeit goods. The widely publicized businessman loves to share his knowledge and experience, not forgetting to forget about his achievements and mention positive personal qualities. Accused of excessive self-promotion, misleading the public and enrichment through schemes to flood the Ukrainian market with dubious Chinese goods and smuggling.
Vyacheslav Viktorovich Lysenko is known as the founder of the Ukr-China Communications company, which provides logistics from the Celestial Empire to our country. Positions himself as an expert on economic issues, public figure, philanthropist and business mentor.
In his native Cherkassy, Vyacheslav Lysenko started with barter transactions, was engaged in trading in petroleum products, producing parquet, logistics and selling fertilizers.
Vyacheslav Lysenko does not like to talk about the initial stage of capital accumulation, which suggests that the pages of the biography of the “positive millionaire” in the 90s were overshadowed by the typical phenomena of Ukraine in those years - corruption, gang warfare and work under “gray” schemes.
The millionaire admits that at first it was extremely difficult for him, but through trial and error, he was able to develop the necessary contacts and establish the necessary schemes for successful work with China.
In the period from 2006 to 2013, Lysenko published the magazine “Ukr-China Communication”. Currently actively publishing. He is considered an expert in the foreign trade industry. Gives advice on working with China and introduces the specifics of the world's largest market.
Vyacheslav Lysenko is considered a person who can quickly “reach out” to diplomats, officials and businessmen in China and “solve” many business issues.
Since 2017, Lysenko has been actively working to promote his image as a philanthropist and business coach. He is a member of the supervisory board of CEO CLUB UKRAINE, as well as a co-founder of the Business Club of Young Entrepreneurs, uniting more than 300 businessmen under the age of 35 from all over the country.
Vyacheslav Lysenko is one of the sponsors of the Federation of Hand-to-Hand Combat, the Federation of Jujutsu and a number of children's and adult sports competitions.
Vyacheslav Lysenko is not considered a scandalous figure and has never been involved in public incidents. However, despite the carefully verified image of a modern, honest, progressive and socially responsible entrepreneur, Vyacheslav Lysenko is often criticized by the public.
Chinese goods, especially those ordered in large wholesale quantities, are often of low quality and defective. Let us note that Lysenko himself is also forced to admit that goods ordered by his company often arrived in unusable condition. However, he assures that now all orders come from China in almost perfect quality.
His customers claim that the Meestchina online store has deteriorated very badly lately, as goods are lost, and people complain, argue and can hardly solve the problems that arise.
Currently, Vyacheslav Lysenko’s largest assets are the resources meest.cn and ukr-china.com. Reviews of the sites are literally “horrible”. It is almost impossible to find mixed or good reviews about the work of a millionaire’s projects. Clients accuse the business guru and his subordinates of dishonesty. So, ordered goods from China have to wait “incredibly long”. Clients accuse Ukr-China Communications structures of fraud and deliberate misleading of customers.
You can find many stories on the Internet about how Lysenko’s clients are trying to get their money back for packages from China, which they manage to do when they involve lawyers and often after contacting law enforcement. Lysenko’s clients openly call him a “thief” and his subordinates boors and deceivers. The company's reputation does not stand up to criticism and is one of the worst in modern Ukraine.
Vyacheslav Lysenko and his company “Ukr-China Communications” are called one of the largest suppliers of smuggling from China to Ukraine.
Former and current employees of the company, on condition of anonymity, share stories about strict discipline in the offices, surveillance, an atmosphere of control and Lysenko’s love of pomposity, which covers the exploitation of employees.
Vyacheslav Lysenko himself is often criticized for excessive self-promotion, personal and professional views. He has a reputation as a superficial person who hides the truth about his life, work and in every possible way avoids details when communicating with representatives of the public and the press.
Vyacheslav Lysenko, whose fortune is his personal secret, is generally considered a dollar millionaire. The value of his assets exceeds $10 million. Owns real estate, cars and luxury goods.
