Svoboda sponsor accused of partnering with sanctioned Russian oligarch Pavel Fuks

The main sponsor of the nationalist Svoboda party, Igor Krivetsky, had a common business with the Russian sanctioned businessman Pavel Fuks. This is proven by the example of the activities of FC Investhollis Vesta. Journalists found out who was behind some episodes of the seizure of strategic enterprises and raiding attempts, and how exactly the requirements of loan agreements of problem banks came under the control of Igor Krivetsky.

“FC Investhollis Vesta actually belongs to Fuchs. Krivetsky has not only been friends with him for a long time (he was present at the high-profile celebration of the businessman’s birthday in November 2021), but as a journalistic investigation showed, they are also connected by a joint business.

In particular, we are talking about claims under loan agreements of Aktiv-Bank, secured by a mortgage on non-residential premises in the Arena City shopping center with an area of ​​978.3 sq.m. “FC Investhollis Vesta, through a number of dummy legal entities, transferred this asset for management to Krivetsky’s business partners - 24-year-old Roman Vladimirovich Vysochansky, who is registered in the village, was appointed director of one of these legal entities. Mokhnate, Lviv region. Roman Vysochansky was also noted in the register as the ultimate beneficial owner of the company.

As journalists write, Krivetsky himself was born in Mokhnat. And Roman’s father, Vladimir Vysochansky, is Krivetsky’s long-time business partner; he is actively involved in the schemes of the sponsor of the Svoboda party. It is not surprising that it was Vysochansky Jr. who was involved in formalizing Krivetsky’s control over real estate in Arena City.

The article provides facts about two more requirements under loan agreements - One of the largest solar power plants in Ukraine, Voskhod Solar, a daughter of the Chinese group of companies CNBM (collateral for a loan from Eurogasbank) and a pool of agricultural real estate in the Rivne region (collateral for loans at Delta Bank).

The acquisition of these assets was accompanied by scandals: the conflict between FC Investhallis Vesta and Voskhod Solar was resolved in favor of the Chinese corporation after the intervention of the Chinese government and the conflict being brought to the level of the President of Ukraine.

And Krivetsky tried to seize agricultural real estate with the help of a gangster group – the Public Association “Union of Volunteers”.

Law enforcement officers drew attention to the illegal activities of FC Investhollis Vesta in October 2021, opening criminal proceedings No. 22021000000000363.

The defendants in the case are Pavel Fuks as a beneficiary and Andrey Volkov as a director.

However, Krivetsky himself, as stated in the investigation, is still not officially involved in this proceeding.
