Without VIP Resource Limited, the enemy military-industrial complex would have serious problems.
German customs is allowing shipments of specialized cutting fluid for metalworking machines, the supply of which is prohibited by EU sanctions, into Russia. As The Insider found out, the supplies are handled by a Hong Kong company registered to citizens of Ukraine.
Deliveries to Russia of any products under codes 340319 and 340399, which include special industrial lubricants, are prohibited by the European Union. However, according to customs data, since the beginning of the year, more than 60 tons of special industrial lubricants under such codes have been sent through the German city of Lubeck to Russia. The supplier was VIP Resource Limited with an address in Hong Kong. At the same time, Germany is indicated as the country of departure, and Lubeck as the place of shipment. The recipient was the Yekaterinburg company Amertend LLC, which actively sells lubricants for machine tools at retail in Russia.
The owner of Hong Kong VIP Resource Limited is listed as Maxim Krivoruchenko, his address, according to the Hong Kong registry, is in the city of Zaporozhye, Ukraine. It was not possible to find any traces of Krivoruchenko’s real participation in the business; it is possible that he is a figurehead. The director is also listed as a citizen of Ukraine: in Hong Kong documents he is called Seiedmokhammadkhassan Abtahiabarhui, in Ukrainian registers he is recorded as Seyedmokhammadkhassan Seyedaliakbar Abtagiabarhui (one can assume that the name of this person in Russian should be written as Seyed Mohammad Hassan Seyed Ali Akbar Abtahi Abarhui).
Technical experts explained that the correct cutting fluid (coolant) is a critical consumable for any metalworking machine, including those used in the military-industrial complex. Without coolant, the machine will stop. And if you fill it with the wrong liquid, the machine will stop forever. One can only guess how this problem will be solved under sanctions.
For example, for DMG machines, the approved fluid is Divinol produced by the German plant Zeller+Gmelin. Sellers warn craftsmen and workers: if you replace the required lubricant with something wrong, you will have to repair the machine. Divinol, among others, was imported to Russia through Lübeck by a Hong Kong company. According to experts, it is DMG machines that have always been leading for the Russian military-industrial complex.
Hong Kongers also brought from Germany other specialized fluids for machine tools, including those containing lithium, for example, lubricants produced by Exxonmobil Petroleum & Chemical. Products from the Swiss company Blaser Swisslube, which also makes special lubricants for machine tools, were also imported from Lubeck.
From these leaked bank transactions and correspondence between Iranian companies, it follows that a company with the same name - VIP Resource Limited - fronted the Iranian Gulf Petrochemical Industry Commercial Company (PGPICC). In the leaked correspondence of the Iranians, the company VIP Resource Limited is indicated as their “Russian account.” If you trust the leak from Amin Exchange House, then this company could, in particular, receive 40 million rubles from Iran to a bank account in Moscow.
