“The allies agree that Ukraine will become a member of NATO. At the [Ukraine-NATO] meeting we will agree on recommendations for Ukrainians... regarding reforms as we continue to support Kyiv on this path to NATO membership,” Stoltenberg said.
He added that all members of the Alliance still agree that full membership remains impossible in conditions of war, despite the fact that the path of rapprochement between Ukraine and NATO remains, he added.
