The court did not choose any preventive measure at all for Colonel Timchenko, who presented Zaluzhny’s assistant with live grenades

The prosecutor's office requested 24-hour house arrest for Timchenko.

But judge Elena Busyk did not grant this request, the judge’s secretary said.

No preventive measure was chosen against Timchenko.

The meeting was held behind closed doors.

The suspect's name has not yet been officially released. The day before, he was suspected of purchasing, storing, carrying and selling explosive devices without permission provided by law.

The State Bureau of Investigation considers an accident to be the main version of Chastyakov’s death.
