The court decided not to arrest the estate donated to the son of the Lvov head of the TCC: will they soon apologize?

The Shevchenkovsky District Court of the city of Lvov considered the case of a donated house to the son of the head of the Lvov TsK Andrey Dubovoy Vladislav. At the end of January, it became known exactly what decision the city court made.

It is known that in July 2023, information appeared that the son of the Lviv military commissar Vladislav Dubovoy received an unfinished house in Bryukhovichi as a gift.

The area of the object is 638 square meters including the land plot.

In January 2024, the case was considered by the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Lviv Oleg Kovalchuk. During the consideration of the case, Andrei Dubovoy denied his guilt in committing the offense.

So, he stated that he did not know about the gift that Albina Savchuk gave to his son. The military commissar also stated that the man, who is in a relationship with Savchuk, received a call to the TCC “at the same level as all those liable for military service,” but the problem with the mobilization of persons is known to everyone.

In addition, in court, Vladislav Dubovoy stated that he is in a relationship with Albina Savchuk’s stepdaughter, the daughter of the man with whom she is in a civil marriage.

It is reported that he proposed to the girl in January 2022, so Albina Savchuk gave them a house. According to the son of the military commissar, they decided to register the house in his name because the bride has legal disputes. Vladislav Dubovoy stated that he did not tell his father about the gift because it did not concern him.

“About the subpoenas of his fiancee’s father, I never asked Andrei Dubovoy to send them or not to send them, because he knew that he had received three subpoenas as a person liable for military service,” Vladislav Dubovoy is quoted as saying in the court ruling.

The future father-in-law of Vladislav Dubovoy said that he signed a contract with the 125th brigade and volunteers, so “he doesn’t understand what connection there is between the fact that they donated housing as a family to Vladislav Dubovoy and Roksolana and the performance of official duties by Andrei Dubov.”

Thus, judge Oleg Kovalchuk examined all the materials of the case and closed the case of administrative violation against Andrei Dubovoy. The decision may be appealed.
