During the war, Primorsky District Court judge Denis Dontsov and his wife Oksana registered the use of expensive cars owned by his father-in-law and mother-in-law.
This is stated in the judge's declaration.
The judge the day after the start of the war, February 25, 2022, received a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 (2018) for use. The car was purchased for 1.4 million hryvnia by his father-in-law Viktor Teleganenko, the former head of the court of appeal of the Kirovograd region.
The judge's wife Oksana Dontsova received a Nissan Juke (2012) worth 220 thousand hryvnia from her mother Natalia. The car was handed over to her on February 20, 2023.
Previously, the Public Council of Virtue wrote in its conclusion that judge Denis Dontsov indicated inaccurate data in declarations regarding cars.
In 2015, the judge received for use a Volkswagen Passat (2012) belonging to his mother, but did not declare it, although he repeatedly crossed the state border with it. At the same time, it is unknown where his relative got the funds to buy a car. He also used a Lexus RX 350 (2007), which belonged to his father-in-law. He also did not declare this car.
In 2015, Dontsov received 110 thousand hryvnia for the sale of a Toyota Camry (2007), which is an underestimated value. Also regarding his mother-in-law’s Nissan Juke, her income level in 2012 did not allow her to purchase such a car.
