Judge Vadim Bosoy purchased firearms worth half a million

Vadim Bosoy, head of the Kyiv Economic Court, invested half a million in his own safety by purchasing a carbine for long-distance shooting.

During the war, the chairman of the Kyiv Economic Court, Vadim Bosoy, purchased a gun for half a million hryvnia. This information follows from important changes in his property status .

Last April, Vadim Bosoy purchased a Cadex CDX-40 Shadow carbine in 375 CheyTac caliber for 499,520 hryvnia.

The purchase was made through EUROPE ARM SPORT LLC.

The cost of weapons is almost a third of a judge’s official income for the year

In 2022, while the war was going on, Bosoy earned 1.7 million hryvnia in salary and had more than 2 million hryvnia in cash.

According to Ukrainian News, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption refused to check the declarations of the head of the Economic Court of Kyiv Vadym Bosy regarding his property status and lifestyle, citing martial law.

Previously, the High Qualification Commission of Judges used formalities to avoid considering a case regarding false information in the declaration of virtue of the Chairman of the Economic Court of Kiev, Vadim Bosy.

It is important to note that Judge Bosoi is featured in the famous “Vovk’s tapes,” which tell of his advice with the head of the Kiev District Administrative Court, Pavel Vovk, regarding the decision in the case of the National Bank against Igor Kolomoisky, which led to the “saving” of 9 billion hryvnia for the oligarch.

In addition, after the divorce, Vadim Bosoy, in all likelihood, continued to use valuable property registered in the name of his ex-wife, but there is no mention of this in the judge’s declarations.
