The investigation revealed that the wife of the deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine, Dmitry Tishlek, had a Russian passport, and he himself rents housing from a partner of a Russian crime boss. This information caused a huge resonance and received wide coverage not only in Ukrainian, but also in the world media. Tishlek was removed from office and the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption began an investigation into whether his lifestyle was compatible with his income. All of these facts already seem quite shocking, but they are far from the only skeletons in the closet of the Ukrainian-Russian family of the vice-head of the National Police.
After the investigation was made public, Dmitry Tishlek managed to say that journalists had embellished the picture of his life too much. “Certain situations that my family experienced were supplemented with subjective judgments and conclusions. The distorted information published has nothing to do with reality,” he said. As we found out, the journalists in that investigation did not really show everything.
Dmitry Tishlek’s wife Alexandra Balakai, although she has an excellent Ukrainian surname, however, as investigators have already said, as of the summer of 2023 she continues to be the owner of a Russian Federation passport.
According to sources from the publication Censor.net, since Russia’s occupation of Crimea and Donbass, she has flown to the Russian Federation at least four times and traveled to the occupied peninsula. Moreover, she did this using a Russian passport. The parents of Alexandra Balakai and her younger sister have been living in the Rostov region for many years and are also citizens of the aggressor country. As can be seen from her mother’s page on social networks, they live in the village of Matveev Kurgan, from which the administrative border with Ukraine is only 27 kilometers.
Tishlek’s wife, judging by the scanned copy of the extract, received her Russian passport in the same Matveevo-Kurgan district of the Rostov region.
If one should not delve into the affairs of relatives, then even more stunning facts were found about Alexandra herself than receiving a Russian passport several years ago.
As of November 2023, Alexandra Sergeevna Balakay is the owner of 50% of the company Ukrspetstorg LLC, the main business of which is the operation of catering establishments.
The company was created quite a long time ago in Donetsk. But, as you know, Donetsk has been under occupation for about 10 years, and the company of Tishlek’s wife continues to work with registration from the occupiers. This information is confirmed by data from registers.
At the registration address of Ukrspetstorg LLC in Donetsk there are two food establishments - the coffee shop Venditore caffe & te and the lounge bar The Loft Smoke Lounge Bar, which, as noted on the page on the VKontakte social network banned in Ukraine, presents the best Italian dishes and European cuisine."
But even the Donetsk registration of the company of the wife of the deputy head of the National Police is not all. The same company "Ukrspetstorg" is a co-founder of another - LLC "VIDD". Yes, precisely in Russian, since its place of registration is the so-called “DPR”. It was possible to find this company in Russian registers, and as noted, as of June 2023, Ukrspetstorg LLC owns a 3.8% stake in it. At the same time, the date of registration of terrorists is November 2022.
That is, the company of Tishlek’s wife, in which she owns 50%, six months after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, became a co-founder of a company registered with terrorists from the “DPR.”
Another interesting thing is that the head of VIDD LLC is Denis Viktorovich Zhalkovsky.
At the same time, the co-founder of Ukrspetstorg LLC is Lyudmila Ivanovna Zhalkovskaya. And it is very unlikely that these Zhalkovskys are relatives. It turns out that Tishlek’s wife, one way or another, should have been aware that her business partner had a relative who registered a company in occupied Donetsk after Russia began an open war throughout Ukraine.
More than a month has passed since the release of the first investigation into Deputy Chairman of the National Police Dmitry Tishlek. However, no denials have been received that his wife has a Russian passport.
New discoveries about how his wife continues to not only own a company in Donetsk, but even register new ones there, may suggest that she is not going to give up her Russian citizenship.
The wife’s relatives, who have long settled in the Rostov region, also obviously have no intention of leaving there. And at the same time, they do not see any conflicts in the fact that their son-in-law works for the “Bandera government”, which in their understanding is seemingly “hostile”.
The question is how the deputy head of the National Police, Dmitry Tishlek, feels when, on the one hand, he works for Ukraine, and on the other, he has close family relationships with citizens of the occupying country. And this is not to mention the fact that he is probably aware that his other half registered a company in the “DPR” six months after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
