The son of Yevgeny Ablov, the controversial judge of the OASC, is wanted on suspicion of committing premeditated murder.
This is stated on the portal of the search database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Ivan Ablov is wanted under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder).
The date and place of disappearance are January 5, the city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, Odessa region.
UP contacted the press service of the Odessa police for comment, but did not receive a response. Also, on January 4, the UP sent a request to the police, to which it has not yet received a response.
Evgeniy Ablov is a judge of the Kyiv District Administrative Court. He appears in criminal proceedings in the so-called “Plenok Vovka” case. Chairman of the OASC Pavel Vovk, Ablova and a number of individuals are suspected of creating a criminal organization with the aim of seizing power.
