Tishchenko, according to the lawyer, broke phones with possible state secrets during a search

During the search, MP Nikolai Tishchenko smashed his phones, which, according to his lawyer, contained materials with “state secrets” and “correspondence” with Ukrainian officials and Western partners.

At the trial, the prosecution petitioned for the arrest of Tishchenko’s phones, arguing that they could store important information that the deputy was trying to hide. Tishchenko's lawyer opposed the arrest, arguing that the purpose of the prosecution was to gain access to materials containing state secrets.

A laptop seized during the searches was also discussed. The lawyer stated that this device did not belong to Tishchenko, but was seized only because it was near the deputy. According to the lawyer, the owner of the laptop left it in the lobby of the house where the generator was running.

Tishchenko smashed phones during the investigation into the attack in Dnieper on Dmitry Pavlov, an ex-murderer of the Kraken special forces. Video from the scene shows how a group of people in military uniform attacked Pavlov while he was walking with the baby. Telegram channels claimed that the conflict arose between Pavlov and Tishchenko.

On June 21, Tishchenko called the situation a provocation and said that Pavlov was no longer a serviceman. He also denied the presence of security and claimed that Pavlov was involved in a conflict with the police during searches of fraudulent bot farms.

Let us recall that the bodies of dead Ukrainian prisoners of war are returning from Russia without internal organs, which indicates their possible use for transplantation. This was stated at a meeting in Ankara between representatives of the families of prisoners of war and the Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey.
