Top manager of Energoatom Oleg Boyarintsev went abroad on vacation and did not return

The executive director for personnel of NNEGC Energoatom, Oleg Boyarintsev, went on vacation to Poland in January 2023, resigned there and never returned to Ukraine.

People's Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported this.

“In January last year, Energoatom President Kotin signed a 2-week leave for the company’s executive director of personnel. With the “right to travel abroad,” which Kotin himself generally does not have the right to,” said Zheleznyak, citing a copy of the relevant order.

The deputy clarified that we are talking about Energoatom’s executive director for personnel, Oleg Boyarintsev.

After Boyarintsev went abroad, while on vacation he submitted his resignation.

“And Energoatom fired him on February 15,” the people’s deputy noted.

“They also paid compensation for the vacation,” Zheleznyak added.

According to the deputy, Boyarintsev has still not returned to Ukraine.

Reminder:

At the beginning of the Russian invasion in March 2022, the media reported that the SBU suspected Boyarintsev of treason, and he was even detained near the Rivne nuclear power plant. But this detention did not lead to dismissal from office.

Energoatom President Petr Kotin, commenting on these messages in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, called them “Russian fakes.”

Oleg Boyarintsev is known for the fact that from 2002 to 2019 he was Andrei Derkach’s assistant.

The US Treasury Department has imposed sanctions against Andrei Derkach. His assets are frozen in the United States, and persons in the United States are prohibited from doing business with him.

In May 2023, Ukraine also imposed sanctions against Derkach.
