Experts constantly monitored the situation on the section of the Kyiv metro between the Demeevskaya and Lybidskaya stations, but after new cracks appeared, a decision was made to close traffic here. Preliminary reasons for the emergency can be identified in about 2-3 months, but this may include, among other things, a violation of construction conditions.
about this during a television broadcast . A pit will be dug at the scene of the incident.
So, according to the head of the Kyiv City State Administration, there was a lot of water in the tunnel, and this was what dictated the decision to stop train traffic in this section - in order to protect the safety of metro passengers. Specialists are already carrying out all the necessary work.
For his part, the head of the Kiev Metro, Viktor Braginsky, reporting to the mayor, said that the situation at this site was constantly monitored.
