“Guess the amount”: a young citizen from Pokrovsk shared his list of prices for which he traveled across the border

The 23-year-old son of official Vorotyntseva from Donbass openly claimed on social networks that he managed to travel abroad, despite the martial law, thanks to a large amount of money. However, after this information became public, he changed his words, restating them.

From one to eleven thousand dollars: this is exactly the unofficial “price” for crossing the border during the war may turn out to be the correct answer in the “Guess the amount” quiz, which 23-year-old Artem Vorotyntsev, the son of the head of the education department from front-line Pokrovsk, invited his subscribers to play. Donetsk region . However, after the situation was made public, the guy explained that he was accompanying his sick father.

So what actually took place – a good reason or a banal “evasionist” scheme? StopKora journalist Maria Bugera  looked into the story of the son of Pokrovsk official Lyubov Vorotyntseva .

On his Instagram page, 23-year-old Artem Vorotyntsev published a series of videos about going to Poland, where he said that his “dream has finally come true”, and a month of preparation and “pressure” is coming to an end. However, instead of a detailed story, the guy offered subscribers a kind of interactive “Guess the amount.”

Local reporters publicized the likely corrupt border crossing.

But Lyubov Vorotyntseva disowned her son’s actions.

Ask questions to an adult man, but I’m generally on vacation, I have the right to rest ,” the official said in response to questions from journalists.

But, as StopCor learned, before her vacation, the head of the education department managed to award a series of tenders for the repair of shelters in educational institutions. The amounts are impressive: from 2 to 10 million hryvnia. As Maria Bugera notes, the winners in seven purchases totaling more than 36 million UAH were Ukrstroyindustry and Energostroyservice.

However, it is too early to celebrate healthy competition. Both companies belong to Stanislav Vladimirovich Grishchenko, who registered them two months before the tender ,” the journalist comments.

And how did Artem himself explain his trip abroad?

Having come into the focus of public attention, Vorotyntsev began to justify himself by allegedly taking his cancer-stricken father with a second group disability for rehabilitation to Poland. True, he never provided any proof.

“Why then was going abroad valued at thousands of dollars for young men? Is it really that expensive to transfer from Kyiv to Poland? And although the video with Vorotyntseva’s joyful son is no longer on his page, nothing ever goes unnoticed on the Internet. Everything that appears on the Internet remains here forever ,” sums up the author of the video blog.

Currently, the Stop Corruption team has transferred all recorded information about this story to law enforcement agencies. Therefore, there is hope that the activities of the Vorotyntsev family will not go unnoticed.

Let us recall that recently the counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine successfully detained another FSB informant, who participated in coordinating Russian strikes against the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region. Her contact person turned out to be the former rector of one of the churches of the UOC (MP).
