They threaten with incriminating evidence and hide behind the authorities: insiders claim that Boris Baum and Andrei Astapov are giving nightmares to entrepreneurs

It turned out that the key players trying to lead the Ukrainian gambling market are people associated with Russia. We are talking about Boris Baum and Andrei Astapov.

Andrey Astapov pretends to be a Ukrainian lawyer and partner of the law firm Eterna law, most recently called “Astapov and Partners” with an office in the center of Moscow.

Joker reports that Astapov is also a member of the Arbitration Court of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and often boasts of photographs on social networks with Moscow City in the background.

Now Astapov is under investigation by the DBI, and at the height of it he ended up in Mikhail Tkach’s investigation about the Monaco battalion. During the war, Andrei Astapov quietly leaves Ukraine and rests in Monaco.

Baum, together with Astapov, stood at the origins of the legalization of the gambling business and participated in the writing of the bill on the gambling business.

“In simple words, Astapov, working as a lawyer for the Russian bookmaker Pari-Match, participated in the writing of a bill on gambling in Ukraine,” writes Joker.

Now the Russians are creating artificial problems for all businessmen in the gambling business, and then they will help solve them for huge sums. All cases are carried out through Astapov’s legal organization.

After Joker published this information, some deputies and members of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulatory Commission limited cooperation with Russian scammers.

Now Baum and Astapov are threatening with incriminating evidence. In addition, Russians have been telling everyone for a long time that they are being “crushed” by the authorities, however, according to Joker’s insider information, they have no connections with the authorities.
