The Polish-Ukrainian border, where carriers have been protesting , will be partially unblocked. The parties managed to find a consensus.
This was reported in the press center of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
As noted, the following issues were primarily agreed upon:
- opening of the checkpoint “Ugrinov – Dolgobichuv” for the passage of empty freight vehicles;
- creation in the “e-Cherga” system of separate passes for empty vehicles at the checkpoints “Yagodin – Dorogusk” and “Krakovets – Korcheva”;
- launch of pilot registration in “e-Cherga” immediately before crossing the border at the Nizhankovichi – Malchowice checkpoint for one month.
It is worth noting that previously the Polish side demanded that Ukraine cancel the mandatory registration in the electronic queue of freight transport that returns from Ukraine to the EU countries without cargo at at least two checkpoints: “Zosin - Ustilug” and “Nizhankovichi” - Malkhovite.”
Poland also insisted on the return of international permits for Ukrainian road carriers.
