Before Ukrainians had time to recover from the shocking luxurious wedding of a Lviv prosecutor and an ex-employee of the DBI, another newlyweds attracted attention. On the territory of Villa Balbiano, located on Lake Como in Italy, a pompous wedding of Ukrainians took place, estimated, according to preliminary estimates, at least 1 million euros.
Ukrainian Angelina Terskaya got married, about whom journalists learned a lot of details.

The celebration was attended by the wife of Russian figure skater Evgeni Plushenko, Yana Rudkovskaya, and singer Dima Bilan, who now actively support Russia’s war against Ukraine. The wedding was hosted by another propaganda singer, Nikolai Baskov.
The wedding of Ukrainian Angelina Terskaya and her now legal husband, which took place on June 10, 2024, was officiated by Russian comedian Maxim Galkin, who was once close friends with the aforementioned Nikolai Baskov. After the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Galkin condemned the Kremlin’s actions and left for Israel, of which he is a citizen. Before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Angelina Terskaya, according to her Instagram page, spent most of her time in her homeland. In particular, in March 2022, she published a photograph apparently taken in her parents’ house in the village of Magdalinovka.
Angelina’s father, Sergei Tersky, is engaged in freight transportation. He is a registered individual entrepreneur in his own name.

Since 2023, Angelina has hardly published photographs from Ukraine. She travels a lot around Europe. Most often, her photographs were taken in Paris and London. And she spends even more time in Istanbul.
There is an assumption that Angelina Terskaya’s husband is a Turkish businessman and that is why there can be no complaints about how the man left Ukraine during martial law.
Angelina managed to comment on the attention of journalists to her wedding with the phrase that she and her husband are not politicians or children of officials. They do not live in Ukraine, but they support it. Therefore, the question should not arise for them.”
The woman is absolutely right that the private lives of non-public people should not be of interest to journalists or anyone else. On the other hand, when during the war Ukrainians allow themselves to ostentatiously organize luxurious holidays, the cost of which is 1 million euros, this may be of interest not only to the Ukrainian press, but also to the European one. After all, Ukraine is asking for help from the whole world to fight the aggressor. At the same time, if conditional spouses are ready to pay a million for a wedding in Italy and show it all over Instagram, then at least the Italians may have questions about whether Ukrainians are really that poor?
