Ukrainian blogger-traitor aimed Russian missiles at Nikolaev: details

Blogger Yuriy Podolyaka, who escaped from Ukraine, again came to the attention of security forces. This time, the Security Service of Ukraine established the facts of his involvement in adjusting the aggressor’s missile attacks on Nikolaev at the beginning of a full-scale war.

The press service of the SBU reported this on September 15. To direct enemy fire, Podolyak received intelligence from his informant - the former head of the Nikolaev District Prosecutor's Office, serving a life sentence for treason.

“Podolyak forwarded the information received from the official to his “curators” from the Russian special services. Most of all, the occupiers were interested in the locations of the Defense Forces and the consequences of enemy “arrivals” in the city.

Also, the traitorous prosecutor “leaked” to the Russian Federation data about Russian prisoners of war and information about daily passwords at Ukrainian checkpoints,” the report says.

According to the SBU, the blogger’s communication with the curators took place through the Telegram channel via text messages.

Based on the evidence collected, the blogger was informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

It is interesting that before this, the SBU had already informed Podolyak of suspicion under five articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

  • Part 2 Art. 109 (actions aimed at violently changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power);
  • Part 1 Art. 110 (distribution of materials calling for changes in the boundaries of the territory in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine);
  • Part 2 Art. 111 (high treason committed under martial law);
  • Art. 436 (war propaganda);
  • Part 2 Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

It is known that Podolyaka is now in Russia.
