The tender, published on the government procurement website Prozorro, caused disapproval and criticism among citizens.
The commissioned services related to gender equality, diversity and inclusion have caused mixed emotions in society. Many expressed their dissatisfaction with this use of company funds. Such an amount at the consultation raised a flurry of questions about how justified and rational such expenses are.

- violation of legislation on the unreasonable choice and application of procurement methods,
- non-compliance with or delay in publishing information about the procurement itself.
In a statement on its Facebook page, the company noted that in times of war, given the dominance of men in the energy sector, the active integration of women into this industry has become a priority.
They also added that in the context of this topic, they will focus their efforts on seeking grants from international partners for the implementation of this project in order to find other opportunities and reduce the financial burden on the company.
