“Ukrposhta” got into another scandal due to the loss of a parcel that was intended for displaced children. A corresponding complaint from a client appeared in the comments on the official page of the postal operator on the social network Facebook.
“Ukrposhta” provides services to millions of Ukrainians in all corners of the country. The flow of clients is huge, so conflict situations are not uncommon. People often complain that they have to wait too long for packages, but sometimes packages are simply lost.
Thus, a Ukrainian woman complained about the quality of work of Ukrposhta due to the loss of a package for displaced children, which contained clothes, shoes and toys.
“I also do not recommend using the services of Ukrposhta, a parcel for displaced children from Kherson was stolen, a parcel with shoes, clothes, toys weighing 6 kg,” the Ukrainian woman shared.
The woman noted that after 2.5 months the parcel had not arrived to the recipients and assumed that it had been stolen.
“The parcel was sent on June 8 from Kherson and there is still no solution, only correspondence with the incompetent Ulyana and Snezhana,” the client complains.
