At the end of January, the public had a question that no law enforcement agency could answer for several days in a row. The question is why one of the most popular thieves in law in Ukraine, Sergei “Umka” Oleinik, was allowed to leave the pre-trial detention center.
It is known that he, as well as Lasha “Svan” Dzhachvliani, were detained in December 2022 on suspicion of participating in a criminal gathering at the Guria restaurant in Dnipro.
This became known thanks to a new publication of the Telegram channel “All moves are recorded,” where compromising information on famous politicians, officials and businessmen is often published.
At the end of 2023, they were transferred from Kyiv to the Dnieper pre-trial detention center, where the Babushkinsky District Court was supposed to review/extend the preventive measure (the case started in mid-January). It was here that the breakdowns in the matrix began - in connection with the petition of the lawyers of the arrested to disqualify the judge, the Babushkinsky District Court delayed its consideration for so long that the deadline for the previous arrest (January 22) expired.
Also, the authors of the Telegram channel “All moves are recorded” added that “planting and releasing Umka became a habit back in the days when Kharkov businessman Arsen Avakov was sitting in the chair of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.”
