Uniswap introduced uni.eth domains

Decentralized exchange Uniswap has announced the launch of “unique” usernames on Web3 – uni.eth.

The post says that uni.eth is “a human-readable username that makes it easier to receive cryptocurrencies and create a Web3 profile.”

“0x addresses are awkward and difficult to read, which creates a poor user experience. "uni.eth domains change this by providing an online address that is easy to remember and use on Web3," the statement said.

The company said that uni.eth names can be obtained for free in the Uniswap mobile application. It is known that they are built on the Ethereum Name Service (ENS) infrastructure.

In addition, users can not only add uni.eth to their profile in the Uniswap app, but also create an avatar, write a bio and link social networks.
