What did Kuleba’s ex-deputy Emina Dzhaparova show up for and what’s wrong with her declaration

Despite the fact that former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleba Emine Dzhaparova continues to work for the state as a representative to international organizations in Vienna, her declarations are incomplete and classified. She recently showed off her daughter from Gennady Bogolyubov for the first time, and in these photos she appeared wearing luxury jewelry.

The first thing that catches your eye is the tennis bracelet from Cartier; its price starts at 30,000 euros. Next you can see a ring with diamonds (it is difficult to identify the brand), and on the wrist there is a BULGARI bracelet also with diamonds, its cost starts from 42 thousand euros.

That is, Dzhaparova, walking with Bogolyubov’s daughter, was wearing jewelry worth 72 thousand euros, excluding the diamond ring.

At the same time, when she was still working as a deputy minister and, logically, she was already pregnant, she began to appear in work photos with luxury jewelry. In particular, earrings and a bracelet from Van Cleef & Arpels, costing from 10,000 euros.

In one of her selfies, Dzhaparova also appeared with a puzzle bag from LOEWE. Its cost is from 2 thousand euros, and this is almost the entire salary of a deputy minister.

Declaration of Japarova

Kuleba’s ex-deputy has quite interesting declarations with dubious figures. After all, according to documents from 2019, she had a small salary and savings in the amount of $600 and 13,000 UAH. At the same time, in the declaration for 2021 there are no savings at all, only UAH 600,000 salary.

Dzhaparova also owns a 2008 Audi A5, purchased for 145 thousand hryvnia. At the same time, the declaration does not contain information about real estate, receiving gifts and savings from 2020.

Let us note that according to rumors, Gennady Bogolyubov plans to leave Ukraine in order to withdraw himself from the trial of exporter Igor Kolomoisky. Dzhaparova’s husband will probably move to Vienna, because she holds a government position there.

Let us remind you that Bogolyubov is involved in the case of misappropriation of $1.9 billion in a lawsuit by PrivatBank, which is being heard in London. The court's decision is expected in the middle of this year.
