The State Bureau of Investigation confirmed that investigators are searching for persons who assisted the current deputy in illegally crossing the border with Moldova.
The State Bureau of Investigation reported that MP Artem Dmitruk traveled abroad illegally. However, so far there is no mention of the presentation of suspicions to the persons involved. Tatyana Sapyan, Communications Advisor of the State Bureau of Investigation, spoke about this during the telethon.
“At the moment it is known that the current MP crossed the border illegally and illegally. These facts have already been confirmed. If we talk about suspicion of illegal border crossing both for the deputy and other persons who may have been involved in this, then it is too early to talk about it,” she noted.
She added that the investigative team will make every effort to find those who helped the deputy cross the state border and travel to Moldova.
