Investigators of the Shevchenko District Prosecutor's Office exposed the channel for the supply of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in Kyiv. In total, law enforcement officers seized about 3.5 million hryvnia in goods and reported suspicion to four individuals.

“According to the investigation, the suspects established a channel for the supply of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances to the capital and organized activities for their illegal sale in small quantities through Telegram channels,” the department reported.
Law enforcement officers found out that one of the suspects provided work with clients, another organized a warehouse in his own apartment for storing and packaging “products,” and two more people stored drugs at home that were ready for sale.
The prosecutor's office noted that during the arrest and direct searches, law enforcement officers seized from the defendants about 4 kilograms of alpha PVP salts, 2.5 kilograms of amphetamine, 200 grams of 4MM, 100 grams of cannabis, 50 MDMA tablets, 20 packaging materials, weighing and consumption tools drugs. The cost of everything seized is estimated at 3.5 million hryvnia.
Those involved in the scheme were informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, illegal acquisition and storage for the purpose of selling especially dangerous psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons.
Now they are deciding whether to take measures in the form of detention for the suspect. They face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
