They are loading sand in barges, breaking the seals on the seized equipment: sand illegal immigrants are again operating in the Goloseevsky district of Kyiv.
Unauthorized work has resumed at Promyshlennaya, 4 - the city once leased this site to Mostobud PJSC from the orbit of the Prodivus ex-regional.
Subsequently, by decision of the Supreme Court, the land was returned to public ownership, but this probably did not become a barrier for poachers.
The resumption of the dubious work of Mostostroevskaya equipment and sand piles was noticed by StopCor journalists during a visit to the “point” on the street. Industrial October 17.
» At this address we spotted a barge R-543 with sand, a tugboat BM-8. The process of unloading minerals was also recorded. They called the police, and two hours later an investigative team arrived. Now the unauthorized work has stopped,” comments investigator Roman Litvin.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene. The media workers wrote a corresponding statement and also provided explanations regarding the revealed fact of unauthorized seizure of a land plot and the commission of a criminal offense for the removal of sealed equipment.
In addition, the Stopkorovites handed over to the investigator all the video materials documenting the allegedly illegal work of Mostostroy. As the editors have learned, the police plan to seal the equipment.
Let us remind you that this plot of almost 17 hectares was transferred by the Kyiv City Council for long-term lease to the Mostobud joint-stock company back in 2006. The reason for this was the future construction of a railway-road bridge across the Dnieper. However, in 2015, without mandatory approval from the city authorities, Mostobud subleased the site to the private enterprise Prombudservice 2005. And this company built a so-called “industrial base” in the area and in March 2020 sold it again to KPS-GROUP LLC from the orbit of the same Vladimir Prodivus.
By the decision of the Supreme Court, it was returned to the ownership of the capital's society. Despite this, underground work to attract Mostostroy equipment to the squatted land continues on an industrial scale.
Vladimir Prodivus is a former boxer and businessman, at one time he was a member of the pro-Russian Party of Regions and maintained friendly relations with scandalous politicians who, after a full-scale invasion, went over to the side of the enemy - in particular, with Vladimir Saldo.
It should be noted that StopCor has already prepared a large-scale investigation of the events at the sand market in the Kiev region, which will be aired in the near future on our YouTube channel. In particular, journalists tried to figure out who was behind the resumption of work at the Mostostroy site and how Prodivus’ new partner took control of the former assets of the Unigran business empire.
