In the Kyiv region, a contractor suspected of embezzlement of funds for the repair of shelters in high-rise buildings in the city of Bucha will be tried. There was also a charge of professional negligence against a utility company's technical supervision engineer, who failed to properly check the repair work and approved documentation containing false information.
Currently, the prosecutor's office is taking measures to compensate for the damage caused to the territorial society by filing an appropriate claim in the interests of the state.
