On January 16, the Department of Humanitarian Development and Health Care of the Capital Village Council of the Kyiv Region, based on the results of a tender, entered into an agreement with Foodgrand LLC for the supply of meat worth UAH 2.59 million.
This year, chilled meat will be delivered to the customer’s address in the village of Schastlivoe within three days after the customer’s request. In particular, we ordered 9,800 kg of chicken fillet at 192 UAH/kg.
All nearby customers order chilled chicken fillet at a quarter price, including from the same supplier. In particular, “Foodgrand” recently won the auction of the Schastlivsky Lyceum of the Pristolychny Village Council over three competitors with a fillet price of less than 144 UAH/kg. Two Boryspil lyceums ordered fillet from “Foodgrand” at 140 UAH/kg and 146 UAH/kg.
In the neighboring village of Gora, we contracted with another company for 153 UAH/kg, which is 20% cheaper.
Also, chilled meat is now purchased by the Education Department of the Darnitsa Regional State Administration, adjacent to Schaslyvy. Recently it announced its intention to order chicken fillet from another company at 155 UAH/kg, that is, 19% cheaper. Delivery should be carried out three times a week to educational institutions in the Darnitsky district of Kyiv.
Moreover, the goods will be paid for within six months after delivery, whereas at the current tender the deferred payment is only 30 banking days.
In addition, there is a Fora supermarket in Schaslyve, and on its website, chilled chicken fillet by weight now costs 166 UAH/kg without a discount or 143 UAH/kg with a discount. This is from 14% to 26% cheaper.
We also ordered 1,385 kg of veal at 301 UAH/kg and 1,440 kg of lean pork at 203 UAH/kg. This will be the hind-femur or grade 1 shoulder blade without bone. There is no veal in Fora, as in the tenders mentioned above, and boneless pork shoulder is 27% cheaper - 149 UAH/kg.
The company received the current order without competition because no one else came to the public tender. The customer required the participants to indicate in the certificates at least one special vehicle (refrigerated or isothermal with refrigeration equipment), as well as some capacity for storing goods and a number of employees (driver, forwarder, storekeeper and loader).
The Department of Humanitarian Development and Healthcare of the Pristolychny Village Council is headed by Andrey Khomenko, and the authorized person for procurement is Igor Chervony.
Poltava “Foodgrand” was created in July 2022 and since then has tendered UAH 545.67 million, mainly in its native region. The company is owned and managed by Natalya Khubova. The Poltava region newspaper connects the company with local businessman Vladimir Sergienko. The company has facilities in Poltava on the street. Shevchenko, 20.
