In 2021, the Capital Construction Department in the Ivano-Frankivsk region entered into an agreement with a certain company for the construction of a school institution in the village of Chukalivka for a total amount of UAH 45.6 million.
Subsequently, a portion of the amount in the amount of UAH 33.6 million was transferred to the contractor. However, he completed the work partially, and the rest, amounting to UAH 14.8 million, remained on paper. The participants in the transaction took possession of these funds and cashed them through controlled organizations.
Among the suspects:
– entrepreneur – organizer of the scheme;
– ex-director of the Capital Construction Department in the Ivano-Frankivsk region;
- Director of a construction company.
