Problems with theft of gas condensate in UGD are associated with the lack of accounting and control over its production.
At JSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" in the branch of the GPU "Shebelinkagazdobycha" under the leadership of Vitaly Podlesny, they invented the opportunity to save the company money on paying rent payments for the production of gas condensate.
Problems with theft of gas condensate at Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC are associated with the lack of accounting and control over its production.
Gas condensate in the company is mostly not taken into account and, accordingly, is not subject to taxes.
At one of the fields of Ukrgazdobycha JSC, where the operator is a branch of the GPU Shebelinkagazdobycha, in the Kharkov region near the village of Borovaya, from March to April 2024, according to accounting data, a rapid decline in condensate production is noted, and already in June-May 2024, no condensate at all stopped being mined.

Accordingly, I will also compare the theft of condensate at Unit 31 (Druzhelubovskoye oil and gas condensate field) of JSC Ukrgazdobycha. So:
The company JSC Ukrgazdobycha received less income in April 2024 in the amount of 475-680 thousand hryvnia.
The company JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya received less income in May 2024 in the amount of 625 thousand hryvnia.
The company JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya received less income in June 2024 in the amount of UAH 1 million 198 thousand.
As a result of comparing the period April-June 2023 with April-June 2024:
In 2024, the consolidated state budget received less rent for the use of subsoil for the production of gas condensate in the amount of about UAH 411,000.00 from only one unitary gas treatment facility-31 (Druzhelubovskoye oil and gas condensate field).
In 2024, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC received less income in the amount of more than 2 million 300 thousand hryvnia from only one unitary gas treatment facility-31 (Druzhelubovskoye oil and gas condensate field).
How did I manage to discover this fact of theft? Everything is tritely simple, in May-June 2024, 10 gas condensate wells of the Druzhelubovskoye oil and gas condensate field, which operate at UKPG-31, stopped producing condensate and are producing only gas.
This year, at the Mospanovskoye gas treatment facility, 16 tons of unaccounted for condensate were discovered in the drainage system. Thanks to A. Kirichishin (Deputy General Director for Security), S. Lagno (at that time the chief engineer of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya), the head of the branch of the GPU Shebelinkagazdobycha, Vitaly Podlesny, was not held accountable and this fact was hidden. So to speak, the “roof” worked!!!
A similar situation with condensate in the drainage system of the gas treatment facility at the branch of the State Public Administration "Poltavagazdobycha" was not as successful as at the Mospanovsky gas treatment facility and law enforcement agencies opened criminal proceedings.
So, today Naftogaz is the leader in the “gray” fuel market, because the raw material for the production of counterfeit (“gray” fuel) is mostly unaccounted for condensate from Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC.
