In Odessa, Radulov and Cherny stole hundreds of thousands of liters of gasoline and diesel fuel at the Gumshtab

The time has come to talk about the activities of the so-called “Odessa Regional Humanitarian Headquarters”. There is information that details will soon appear about how Lesha Cherny “worked” with his team.

However, at the moment there is information only on “dry” figures that appeared as a result of the actions of the Odessa Regional Humanitarian Headquarters.

“During the period from May 2022 to April 2023, the deputy head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Dima Radulov, received 90,000 liters of A-95 gasoline and 141,000 liters of diesel fuel for the Humanitarian Staff free of charge from a variety of entities. And Radulov transferred 21,300 liters of A-95 and 17,410 liters of DP to Headquarters.

Guys, where else are 68,700 liters of 95 gasoline, and 123,590 liters of diesel? And well, from what was transferred to the Headquarters, Lesha Cherny personally received for his needs according to acts (though without a number) personally from Radulov: 14,720 liters of A-95 gasoline and 11,800 liters of diesel fuel.

More very interesting figures and facts coming soon. Irochka will tell you how Cherny, Radulov and others like them screwed around and made money at the humanitarian headquarters. Finished, looters,” writes the blogger.
