As a result of the investigation, the NAPC commission issued a protocol regarding the actions of KRAIL

The National Agency for the Control of Corruption convenes the Chairman of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries, Ivan Rudy, to familiarize himself with the protocol regarding administrative offenses. The agency published a corresponding announcement on its page.

At the same time, they noted that in case of failure to arrive when called, a protocol on an administrative offense will be drawn up on the basis of available materials with a note indicating refusal to sign it.

In connection with ignoring the invitation, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) informs the Chairman of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRAIL), Ivan Tarasovich Rudy, of the need to arrive at NACP on January 3, 2024 from 10:00 to 15:00 to familiarize himself with the protocol on administrative offenses provided for in Part 1, 2 of Art.
