NSDC Secretary Alexey Danilov said that another rebellion is brewing in the Russian Federation. According to him, Ukraine has information regarding who is running the insurrection and how it is happening.
A rebellion is brewing in Russia that will fragment the country. Ukraine knows who controls the insurgency and how it happens. Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov announced this on Monday, September 18, during a telethon.
At the same time, he noted that there would be no second campaign against Moscow following the example of the Wagnerite rebellion.
“I think that this will no longer be a hike. Let us remember how the collapse of the USSR took place in August 1991. What is maturing there, and the “GKChP group”, as it was in 1991, is already maturing there, and they are clustered there, this is a well-known fact. And we understand who controls this, how it happens,” Danilov said.
He noted that Russian oligarchic groups, living their own lives, after Putin's crazy decision to start a war, should forget about peace.
“The question of when the next rebellion will occur in Russia is a matter of a short period of time. We'll see how long it will take, but the processes are running. And the fact that in relation to Kadyrov (Ramzan Kadyrov’s probable serious illness) is one of the factors that will also influence these processes,” Danilov noted.
Answering the question whether international partners are ready for Russia to disintegrate, Danilov noted: “Many are aware, but some believe that this process can be controlled and things can be allowed to happen that will not allow Russia to disintegrate. I can say that no one will be able to influence this; Russia will be forced to fragment.”
According to him, this will definitely happen in our lifetime.
