Ukrainians have already exchanged about 20 million lamps.
A new stage of replacing incandescent lamps with more efficient LEDs has started in Ukraine.
This was announced by the General Director of Ukrposhta JSC Igor Smilyansky.
This time you can get free lamps for the entrances of houses, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, libraries and museums.
Since the start of the full-scale war, Ukrainians have exchanged about 20 million incandescent light bulbs for efficient LED bulbs in their own homes.
“Ukrposhta, in a joint program with the EU, the Ministry of Economy and Action, is opening a new stage of lamp exchange for condominium associations and all of the above establishments,” he said.
To receive a lamp for legal entities, you need to leave a request on the “Action” portal and pick up the lamps at a Ukrposhta branch.
The mechanism is as follows:
- you must log in to the “Action” portal using a qualified electronic signature of a legal entity;
- check company data;
- in the “Services” section, select “Light bulb exchange” and fill out the request;
- indicate the area in the calculator - it will indicate the limit by which you can select the number and type of lamps;
- put a mark indicating your consent to deliver the same number of incandescent lamps;
- indicate the location of the organization;
- sign the request for the legal entity's CEP.
According to the general director of Ukrposhta, in this way, Ukrainians will help the country’s energy security and reduce expenses on their accounts.
