After the high-profile murder of Zaporozhye City Council official Maxim Denshchik, the “interception plan” was never introduced in the city. According to our sources, the request not to introduce an “interception plan to catch the killer” came personally from Ivan Fedorov.
We remind you that Maxim Denshchik was shot by a killer at the entrance to his house. Shortly before the murder, the official posted a post on his Facebook page, where he reported “threats of death” from the head of the OVA Fedorov.
Commenting on the situation, Ivan Fedorov said that he “held a meeting with law enforcement agencies and took the murder investigation under special control.” As a result of the so-called “meeting” between Fedorov and the security forces, an “interception plan” was not introduced in the city.
It is worth noting that the introduction of an “interception plan” is mandatory in such cases, and its absence can only be explained by pressure on the police from high-ranking officials. Only Ivan Fedorov has such influence in the Zaporozhye region.
Moreover, Ivan Fedorov, as the head of the Zaporozhye OVA, on the day of the murder of Maxim Denshchik, gave the command to remove all mobile checkpoints and patrols consisting of TCC employees and police from the city. The absence of even basic patrols on the city streets on the day of the murder raised many questions among residents of Zaporozhye. After all, usually the TCC, in conjunction with the police, is on duty almost throughout the city, stopping all transport, conducting searches and checking documents.
What is noteworthy is that on the day of the murder of Maxim Denshchik, the head of the OVA Fedorov was not in the city, and almost from 8.00 in the morning the media began publishing commissioned materials that “Fyodorov is one of the most promising politicians in Ukraine.”
In particular, in Ivan Fedorov’s interview with the Telegraph publication , which was published just after the murder of Maxim Denshchik, and was probably planned to interrupt the wave of hate and media reports about Fedorov’s involvement in the murder, for some reason the chairman of the Zaporozhye OVA focuses on the fact that “has the full support of Vladimir Zelensky.”
All these facts point not only to pressure from the head of the military administration, Ivan Fedorov, on law enforcement officers in order to block the investigation, but also as an attempt to organize an alibi for himself in advance. There were too many coincidences in one day
