Viktor Yevpak from the “Voice” party has been organizing mass protests in Cherkassy for the third month

Viktor Yevpak, speaking from the “Voice” party, actively supports protests in Cherkassy. What goals does this famous politician pursue? Or What is the focus of attention of people's representative Viktor Yevpak?

Amazing events have been taking place in Cherkassy for three months now. Viktor Evpak from the “Voice” party, through close associates, began to actively support the “Money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine” protests. What goals does the people's representative set for himself, actively picketing against the allocated funds for repairs, for which he himself voted in the recent past? StopCor analysts will tell you about the “difficult” everyday life of Victor Evpak.

For the third month in a row, protests under the slogan “Money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine” have been held in Cherkassy. And it would seem that everything is correct. People demand to reduce costs for untimely work, such as paving, repairing roads and institutions, and direct all funds to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But here it is worth looking at who is behind these performances. That is, who will then have possible dividends.

Formally, the organizer of the event is local photographer Artem Kivak .

After all, on October 21, it was Kivak who submitted messages to the City Council about holding the action and there identified himself as responsible for holding this event.

Who exactly is this concerned citizen? Artem Kivak is a photographer who worked for various news agencies: Cherkasy LIVE, ProGlavnoe, etc. And most importantly, at one time he was an employee of Victor Evpak in the company “Ekreative”. And the puzzle came together immediately.

So who is really behind the action?

It was Cherkasy City Council deputy Viktor Yevpak from the “Voice” party who was the first to support the speeches. On November 11, he addressed the crowd with the words: “I have supported this resistance from the first days. And when I heard what you were saying about the deputies, it hurt me. I'm one of them, although I don't vote like them. My team doesn't vote like them. I see how great the evil is there and they are neglecting you. They say you are not a community, but they manipulate. They forget the fifth article of the Constitution, which says: “The bearer of Sovereignty, the only source of power in Ukraine is the people”! The people exercise power directly.”

While actively opposing spending on paving stones, asphalt and other non-targeted uses for today, Viktor Evpak forgot to tell his associates that when approving the budget for 2023, he also voted “for”. This was stated by Secretary of the Cherkassy City Council Yuri Trenkin at a closed press conference.

According to him, the deputies who now support the protesters voted in full for the draft budget for 2023, which includes funds for repairing roads, schools, etc. In particular, a representative from the “Golos” faction. And do not forget that the approval of the budget took place under conditions of a full-scale invasion.

Evpak’s political path and instability of views on power

Viktor Evpak has an education as a lawyer, a lawyer. At one time, he built the IT company “eKreative” . Among his most famous startups are MapaMagic , Kidsloх and FoodHacker . Although Evpak, as a manager, claims to have about a hundred employees in his company, data from the state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs indicate that legally such a company owned by Victor Evpak does not exist in Ukraine.

Today, Evpak is an individual entrepreneur and the founder of two public organizations: NGO “Creative Help” and NGO “New People – Cherkassy”.

In practice, Evpak conducts its business activities on the basis of civil law agreements, probably to optimize taxation.

In 2017, Viktor Yevpak went into politics, heading the Cherkasy city organization of the Democratic Alliance party. Also in the same year, under the slogan of a public organization, he began to implement the project “New People - Cherkassy”. The main goal of the organization was to provide charitable assistance, and the organized forum “This is your city” attracted special attention, among the speakers of which stood MP from the BPP Sergei Leshchenko, who devoted his speech to the topic of corruption in Ukraine and the fight against it. It was then that Leshchenko got into a scandal over the purchase of an apartment in Kyiv at a market value of 300 thousand dollars. At the same time, Viktor Yevpak acted as an assistant to People's Deputy Leshchenko on a voluntary basis.

In 2019, at the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada, Evpak was already nominated by the new political project “Voice”. Then he took second place in district 194 (Pridneprovsky district of Cherkassy), but was significantly behind the representative of “Servant of the People”.

And already in February of this year, the deputy expressed a desire to become mayor and was considering the possibility of running under the “Servant of the People” brand. However, his attempts to join the ranks of Servant of the People were unsuccessful, and the candidate ran in the elections again from Golos.

At the end of December and beginning of January 2022, Evpak actively criticizes the authorities and successfully places his representative on the executive committee, his deputy is Pavel Valenchuk . Thus, he also maintains control over information. Now a friendship is developing between him and the mayor of the city. His web resources cease to express criticism of the mayor.

And today, as soon as elections loom somewhere far ahead, Viktor Yevpak begins to declare his patriotism, manipulating the illegal allocation of funds for construction, reconstruction of roads, allocation of funds for sports and other areas, that is, he begins to shake the chair under the current government.

PR is Victor Evpak’s favorite thing

Evpak’s PR campaign in 2020, when there was a fire of leaves and branches. Then he ran after the firefighters with the phone and tried to get a comment from the State Emergency Service soldiers on the question “Is it possible to extinguish all this?”

The People's Deputy candidate from "Golos" has a favorite thing - PR. Having no connection with the military, he allowed himself to wear their uniform.

And recently the politician showed himself again . While walking in Khimikov Park, I decided to inspect the recently installed modular shelter. And immediately there was anger: “As you can see, the shelter is closed, and Viktor Bezzubenko went on sick leave. This is exactly the case – many politicians are hiding from prosecution,” Yevpak wrote in his post.

However, on social networks on his pages , Igor Taburets wrote that “Today, all 18 prefabricated modular shelters have already been installed. In places determined by city authorities. Installing structures is, so to speak, half the battle. Next, they are equipped so that you can hide there comfortably. Starting from communications, ending with seating areas. Depending on readiness, our civil protection department, as a customer, accepts these objects from the contractor. So far there are already 5 of them. The process continues. After completion of all mandatory procedures, the modular shelters will be transferred to the Cherkasy City Territory. Connected to power supply. Consequently, they will become available to the population during air raids. We will definitely inform you about this further.”

If desired, Viktor Yevpak could obtain this information about the condition of the shelters without straining himself from the Civil Protection Department. But then he wouldn’t have promoted himself.

So actions in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are very good. They see that we believe in them and fight for them. But these speeches should not become an arena for PR for individual populists.

In addition, the competent authorities should pay attention to such PR campaigns by Evpak. Because the weakening of the political situation in the cities of Ukraine may be to the advantage of the enemy.
