Victor Lotous was released on a huge bail of 400 million

This is stated in a certificate from the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

At the same time, initially Viktor Lotous was supposed to deposit 1 billion, but the Kyiv Court of Appeal reduced the amount of the bail by 2.5 times.

Let us recall that in September the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for Viktor Lotous in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail.

According to investigators, in 2015-2021 the plant illegally extracted more than 20 million cubic meters of crushed stone. Damage to the state is estimated at more than 157 billion hryvnia.

Poltava Mining and Processing Plant belongs to oligarch Konstantin Zhevago, who is himself under investigation for a number of criminal cases.
