The authors of the film claim that the funeral services market in Kyiv was captured by structures controlled by Vitaliy Klitschko and Artur Palatny.
Journalists discovered almost billions in theft of the state budget from funeral services by an organized criminal group headed by the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko and his closest associate, one of the leaders of the UDAR party, Artur Palatny.
This was reported by the telegram channel “PROBLEMATIC NEWS”
Investigators insist that for a long time, senior officials and structures have been hiding information on this topic. At the same time, the authors of the story associate the redistribution of the market with the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko and his closest associate, one of the leaders of the Udar party, Artur Palatny.
The head and owner of the Peter the Great company, Alla Landar, comments on the situation in the video. This company has been providing funeral services in the capital since 1994. Landar declares raiding.
Earlier, another video appeared on the network about how the newly appointed mayor of the Spetskombinat deputy commissioner, Alexander Skorik, involving ex-fighters of the Azov brigade, organized a fraudulent extortion scheme against the relatives of deceased Kiev residents.
However, instead of fulfilling his duties, Skorik, according to eyewitnesses, systematically engaged in his PR under the Azov flag and used his post for personal enrichment.
According to information, Skorik established an illegal scheme for the sale of funeral services in the capital's morgues under the auspices of Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. As evidence of the video, several episodes were recorded when the cleaner of the Lukyanovsky cemetery Alina Danchuk, accompanied by people associated with Skorik, offered ritual services to Kiev residents for cash. Moreover, according to Danchuk, these services were provided “under the auspices of the Kyiv City State Administration.”
The video recorded three transactions in the amount of 18,000 UAH, 25,000 UAH. and 19,000 UAH. When outraged people called the police, Alexander Skorik was the first to arrive on the scene along with a group of people introducing themselves as Azov fighters. Skorik tried to stop filming by forcibly taking and breaking witnesses' phones, and also threatened his connections with the city leadership.
The command of the separate special forces detachment “Azov” of military unit 3057 responded to these events, condemning in a written response the hooligan actions in which the ex-Azov fighters participated. The organizer of the fraud, Skorik, was fired from Azov for health reasons and cannot hide behind the name of the brigade in his activities.
In addition, the leadership of “Azov” noted that another participant in the ritual scandal, Elena Tolkacheva, who, together with Skorik, gives interviews on the topic of the ritual market, has never had and has no connection with the “Azov” brigade. In fact, the response from the Azov commanders confirmed that Skorik-Tolkachev’s scammers are cynically hiding behind the name of the Azov brigade to seize the capital’s ritual market.
At the same time, the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko, who is directly responsible for the appointment of Skorik to the Spetskombinat enterprise, has so far avoided commenting. The situation remains tense, and the public is waiting for an official answer about possible abuses in the capital's funeral services.
The authors of the film appeal to NABU, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the National Police and the SBU with a demand to respond to the facts stated in the story.
