The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, assessed the consequences of the shelling and pledged to provide support to the victims.
Vitaliy Klitschko, head of the Kiev City State Administration (KCSA), published messages on his Telegram account after inspecting the consequences of shelling of a residential building in the Dnieper district. According to him, all victims will be provided with temporary housing, and the high-rise building will be repaired.
“The ballistic missile debris caused serious damage, we are quickly responding to the situation, ensuring the evacuation of the victims and providing them with the necessary support. We are now considering all possible options for restoring housing and infrastructure in order to quickly return the victims to their normal living conditions. Local authorities are ready to provide housing for those who have lost their property,” Klitschko noted.
