In Kyiv, another station on the blue metro line is on the verge of closure. In this case, we are talking about the “Heroes of the Dnieper” station, above which the “OASIS” shopping center is located. Also under threat of closure are the Pochayna and Taras Shevchenko stations. All this thanks to the mayor of the capital and “great business executive” Vitaly Klitschko and his “wallet” Arthur Palatny.
Kiev residents have become hostages of unprecedented corruption and chaotic development. And now we are all reaping the fruits of the lawlessness of the UDAR organized crime group. Deputy of the Kyiv City Council Andrey Vitrenko has already initiated the holding of visiting commissions directly at the Heroes of Dnepra and Taras Shevchenko metro stations.
The accident rate of the Kyiv metro is actually much more serious than many people currently know. This was led to by numerous developments, which were often justified by the mayor of the capital. Activist and veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Simoroz wrote about this in December last year on the social network X.
Now about the buildings above metro stations. These constructions are supervised by the right hand and childhood friend of Vitali Klitschko, and part-time head of the executive committee of the UDAR party and former people’s deputy Arthur Palatny. This has been discussed and written about in the media more than once. It is he who has the unspoken exclusive right to develop underground passages and approaches to the metro. For this reason, Palatny at one time openly declared the legitimacy of the construction of the OASIS shopping center above the Heroes of Dnepra metro station, thereby contributing to the destruction of the Kyiv metro.
The same applies to the scandalous construction of the Le Boulevard shopping center directly above the Osokorki metro station. In 2015, the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko personally visited the construction and promised the residents of the capital that he would not allow a shopping center to be built here. He also promised to cancel the allocation of this land plot, terminate the contract and grant the land plot the status of a public garden. The developer then appealed this decision in court and continued construction. The construction of this shopping center is also associated with Arthur Palatny, who oversees all the cash flows of the capital.
The Kiev metro was not destroyed by construction alone. Thus, pro-Russian oligarchs with Mayor Klitschko and Palatny have been quite successfully stealing budget funds allocated for the construction and maintenance of the subway for several years now. The active characters in this scheme are Vitaliy Klitschko, Artur Palatny, Vitaliy Khomutynnik and Pavel Fuks. The scheme is quite simple: fictitious contracts are concluded with uncontrolled controlled enterprises that are not carried out by the contractor.
For example, to carry out construction work at the Metro recreation center in the Kiev region, the Kiev Metro enterprise entered into agreements with a certain Brand Trading and Consult LLC for 2.39 million hryvnia, of which 1.7 million were stolen by the UDAR organized crime group " That is, more than 70 percent of the funds were misappropriated by Klitschko, Palatny and their pro-Russian accomplices. By the way, in total, in 2023, the Kyiv Metro entered into contracts in the amount of UAH 5,026,941,111. One can only imagine how many of them were stolen! If we assume that the percentage of corruption “margin” is the same, plus or minus, for all contracts, then the amount of stolen hryvnia is 3.5 billion, which could be used for military needs.
And then everyone wonders why Kyiv is not developing as a European capital. It’s not that it’s not developing, it’s becoming the most dangerous capital in Europe. The most interesting thing is that Palatny himself knows about his imminent landing. It’s not for nothing that he recently threw a real hysteria in the media, paying for an expensive PR campaign about allegedly persecuting Mayor Klitschko’s team. As they say, a thief's cap is on fire. And how do Klitschko and Palatny differ from the bloody Rus? Or maybe they are the same Russians who have been destroying the capital of one of the largest countries in Europe for 10 years?
