In the spotlight

The owner of Steko, Sergei Polozhai, who swore at the military: a lump of a man or the authority of the spill of the nineties?

Everyone who could has already written about the incident in Dnepr, where the owner of the Steko window factory, Sergei Polozhay, showed himself in all his glory in communicating with representatives of the TsK.

Let us remind you that during a document check, Sergei Polozhai swore at the military man, refusing to comply with his legal demands. Polozhay himself claims that the video where he behaves in the style of a redneck from the nineties is “taken out of context.” However, he began to say this after a serious scandal broke out and it turned out that Pologay had neither a deferment from conscription nor reservation.

But in any case, the scandal will quickly be forgotten, since this is a common thing in Ukraine, and Polozhai has enough money to buy not only the head of the Dnieper TCC and joint venture, but the entire military registration and enlistment office wholesale, in addition to the rest of the city’s “law enforcement officers.” So the soldier whom Pozhai swore at will wipe himself off, and that will be the end of it. This is regrettable, but this is the system - the TCC must supply money to the top, but where to get it? Not among hard workers and peasants. So there are no options, everyone understands this.

Moreover, I believe Sergei Vladimirovich is no stranger to solving problems caused by his own behavior. And he solves them easily and quickly - fortunately, there is something to give, and there are always those willing to take. Court registries are full of cases of administrative offenses committed by Sergei Pologay. He likes to speed and not respond to police requests to stop. Just before the incident with the military, a Bentley Continental GT with license plates KE3547AE, owned by Sergei Pologay, was driving around the city, violating all the rules and not responding to the demands of the police who were pursuing him to stop.

However, as already mentioned, this is a common thing for Pologay. There are several interesting cases in the court registers in which the police brought Sergei Vladimirovich Polozhay to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules. They are interesting not because Polozhay broke the rules. They are interested in the result - Pozhai appealed the protocols and closed the cases through the courts. Therefore, the entire Dnieper police know very well that spending time on Putin is pointless. Moreover, you will receive a scolding from your own superiors, but do you need it?

It is unknown what will happen to the races that Pologay organized in his Bentley Continental GT after he swore at a military man. But something tells me that this too will be hushed up. As well as the numerous tax violations that Sergei Polozhai regularly commits as the general director of a window production plant was hushed up. The tax office writes reports on violations, they go to court, and the court shows unprecedented humanism towards such a respected person.

The judges can also be understood - everyone understands that it is better not to mess with Sergei Vladimirovich. Who, if not them and other city law enforcement officers, should not know how this ends. A striking example is the fate of a certain Konstantin Nikolaevich Biltsan. Who, being a lawyer, had the imprudence to take the side of the people whom Pozhai had offended.

The essence of the matter is as follows. In 2017, Sergey Polozhay decided to expand the territory of his Steko plant. There would be nothing wrong with this if he honestly bought the houses adjacent to the plant, and at the expense of which he was going to expand his territory. But either he squeezed this money, or they couldn’t agree on a price, or he generally thought that he was “sick of paying some suckers.” Therefore, I decided to simply re-register the ownership of the houses located at the address Dnepr city, Novomoskovsky lane (now Artelny), No. 5, 6 to dummies.

These individuals turned out to be “citizens of the DPR,” that is, they were in uncontrolled territory. But Mr. Polozhay circumvented this difficulty with the help of the notary of the Dnepropetrovsk notary district, Anna Olegovna Pavlovskaya (Andreeva), who re-registered the ownership of the indicated houses to dummy residents of the “DPR”. Subsequently, Pavlovskaya lost her license and found herself involved in several criminal cases for similar actions, but Sergei Polozhay turned out to be much smarter and luckier than the greedy notary.

Then the matter developed as follows. The owners of the houses suddenly found out that they were nobody and had no name. While they were recovering from shock, the “brothers” from the security company “Krok”, hired by Pozhai, threw them out into the street, and bulldozers began to demolish the houses. Here, to his misfortune, lawyer Konstantin Biltsan intervened in the situation, to whom the owners of the houses that Polozhay had destroyed turned to. And suddenly he found himself accused in criminal case No. 42018040010000561, which was promptly filed against him at the Samara district police department of Dnepropetrovsk, accusing him of fraud against Sergei Polozhai. Who, instead of being accused, turned into a victim.

Konstantin Biltsan himself ended up in a pre-trial detention center, where he spent the not most pleasant months of his life. The criminal case opened against him back in 2018 has not yet been closed, although Biltsan was forced to be released from the pre-trial detention center - the case clearly did not hold up well, but how can you refuse a person like Sergei Polozhai?

This is such a “lump of a man,” as some local resident described him, who did not want to show documents to TCC representatives and for whom, in his words, “Sergei Polozhai stood up.” Actually, this is one of the versions according to which Pozhai wants, as always, to “get rid of” what he did. If we lived in a legal country, then I would be lying in the hospital now - as a result of resistance and failure to comply with the legal demands of government officials.

But ours is not a legal country, so the soldier whom Pozhai swore at was already clearly explained how lucky he was that it was not him who ended up in the hospital, and a prison one at that. Because Sergey Polozhay is the general director, a “block of a man.” And he is a soldier, “a schmuck with a machine gun.”

Actually, there is no need to sympathize so much with the law enforcement officers and representatives of the TCC and SP who suffered in this incident. Because at least half of the blame for this incident and for everything that is happening with the mobilization lies with them. It is clear that suitcases and boxes of currency are not taken from ordinary employees of TCC and JV. And their bosses buy the villas. But they provide this opportunity, including the rank and file. Who, in place of the paid off majors, catch and ride in the “beads of Inviolability” the ordinary, the orphaned and the wretched. Understanding perfectly what they are doing. Therefore, in his characterization, Pozhai is not so wrong. Unfortunately.

So, no matter who Sergei Vladimirovich Polozhay is - a “block of a man” or another presumptuous major who, from the consciousness of his own impunity, has completely “blown the tower down”, this does not change the situation in any way.
