The founder of the already liquidated IBOX bank is the odious Alena Shevtsova, who is also the owner of Leo Financial Company LLC.
This company is closely connected with the IBOX bank, through which “shadow” gambling was paid for in the Russian Federation in March last year, at the height of a full-scale invasion.
As a result, Leo Financial Company LLC was subject to sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 145/2023 of March 10, 2023.
It is known from unofficial sources that the attacker Alena Shevtsova moved to the United Arab Emirates and lives there in an apartment in a villa, the rent of which costs more than $250 thousand per year. Shevtsova was put on the international wanted list back in November 2023.
How Alena Shevtsova organized an illegal gambling business
At one time, the SBU suspected Alena Shevtsova and managers from IBOX bank of laundering money from drug trafficking. IBOX Bank developed a system that greatly simplified the task of drug dealers. For years, most drug payments were made through his terminals, which were located in almost every shopping center. In addition, through the IBOX bank, gambling enthusiasts replenished their accounts with the help of mirror gambling sites, without even suspecting that they were actually enriching Shevtsova.
The terminals displayed logos of well-known gambling brands, but all the players’ funds went to Alena Shevtsova’s controlled companies. Thus, in a short time, with the help of the illegal gambling business, Alena Shevtsova illegally legalized 4.8 billion UAH and did not pay 7.2 billion UAH to the budget. taxes, which could be a good financial cushion for the country during the war.
Let us remind you that Shevtsova’s illegal scheme was exposed by the SBU and BEB back in March 2023. Based on the results of searches and inspections by the National Bank of Ukraine, the assets of IBOX Bank were transferred to the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals.
How much does it cost to discredit a Deputy Prosecutor General?
The suspicion of Alena Shevtsova was personally signed by Deputy Prosecutor General Dmitry Verbitsky. She is suspected under Part 2 of Art. 203-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Part 3 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This is an illegal activity for organizing or conducting gambling, lotteries and legalization of property obtained by criminal means.
After this, a barrage of criticism and information dirt fell on him, the purpose of which was not only banal slander, but also to remove Verbitsky from the post of Deputy Prosecutor General.

Kristina Ilnitskaya is friends with prosecutor Verbitsky, who has been part of Kristina’s family circle for a long time and is well acquainted with her son. Christina herself has about a thousand subscribers on her Instagram page. Mostly these are wealthy people who are involved in the yacht business.
Shevtsova used the girl’s success as an opportunity to take revenge on Verbitsky.
To discredit Dmitry Verbitsky, Shevtsova uses her mother-in-law Elena Dmitrievna Shevtsova, who is the owner of the chic capital salon LEO BEAUTY CLUB LYPKIVSKOGO.
To do this, unknown people watched Christina for a long time, her son and Dmitry and recorded on video all the places that Verbitsky and Christina visited. Shevtsova organized video surveillance not only in the house in the elite cottage town “Konek”, but also in the LEO BEAUTY CLUB LYPKIVSKOGO salon.
Personally, Kristina received a personal offer from the LEO BEAUTY CLUB LYPKIVSKOGO salon to provide BEAUTY salon services in exchange for advertising on her Instagram page, which today remains a popular platform for sharing content.
Since Christina’s page had many subscribers and was popular, Shevtsova was sure that Christina would agree to such cooperation, since LEO BEAUTY CLUB is one of the salons included in the network of international premium beauty salons and offered her free services. Christina, suspecting nothing, agreed to the proposal.
Over time, the girl received another offer from the salon. Shevtsova personally made contact with Kristina Ilnitskaya and, in order to discredit Verbitsky, invited not only Kristina, but also her friends to service the salon.
In the end this is what happened. Shevtsova was sure that Kristina Ilnitskaya would also invite her friend Dmitry Verbitsky to receive services. And several visits by the Deputy Prosecutor General to this institution will become the basis for a spectacular accusation against Verbitsky of receiving free services.
First, Christina’s son was caught on CCTV cameras. Over time, Verbitsky himself came under the lens of specially installed cameras, for which in return he received a barrage of criticism and false accusations of dishonesty.
However, Shevtsova did not stop there. Her plans still include unrealized ideas to discredit prosecutor Verbitsky. The next time, Christina was offered advertising services in the United Arab Emirates, hoping that Verbitsky would also visit Dubai with her girl. And this is not the entire list of ideas planned by the suspect Shevtsova.

The banality of the situation lies not only in the narrow-mindedness of the suspect Alena Shevtsova, but also in her naive confidence that the plan for revenge against Verbitsky, who accused her of a number of crimes, can be implemented as simply as laundering billions of hryvnia from the country.
