The prosecutor of the Frankov District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Lviv, Vladimir Vladimirovich Sadlovsky, carries out “solving crimes”: thanks to the link “prosecutor V.V. Sadlovsky. and lawyer Manchur R.Ya.”, and some other defendants, houses, apartments, and land plots are taken away from citizens of the city of Lviv and the Lviv region.
The publication notes that “numerous complaints from victims against the prosecutor Vladimir Sadlovsky about committing apartment scams are transferred from one shelf to another, and in the criminal case against the prosecutor the crime committed is not investigated. Consequently, mutual responsibility for law enforcement agencies is in effect.”
Reference. Vladimir Vladimirovich Sadlovsky has been working in the prosecutor’s office since 2005. Since March 2021, in accordance with the order of the acting head of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office dated March 15, 2021 No. 392k, he has been holding the position of prosecutor of the Frankivsk District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Lvov, Lviv region.

“By decision of the State Committee of Prosecutors dated October 6, 2023 No. 836ds-23, the applicant’s complaint about bringing V.V. Sadlovsky to disciplinary liability was denied. (Prosecutor of the Frankov District Prosecutor's Office of Lvov) and it was explained to her that, based on the facts stated, the legality of the actions of the said prosecutor in criminal proceedings under No. 4202000000000904 is already being verified. And in criminal proceedings under No. 42020000000000904, which, so to speak, is being investigated for what actions.
Disciplinary proceedings No. 07/3/2-828ds-151dp-23 by the commission of prosecutors are closed on December 13, 2023 after consideration of the disciplinary complaint of the head of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office against the prosecutor of the Frankov District Prosecutor's Office of Lviv, Lviv Region, Vladimir Vladimirovich Sadlovsky. And here, oh, how interesting, the commission did not consider the full list of actions, and does not look in the direction of the existence of criminal proceedings against prosecutor V.V. Sadlovsky, but only purely circumstances, which the head of the Lvov regional police so carefully reported in his complaint against his subordinate prosecutor's office. Hand washes hand and it is so easy for fellow prosecutors to turn a blind eye to a criminal case when criminal activity is carried out by their own shoulder - the prosecutor.
Accomplice of prosecutor Sadlovsky - lawyer Manchur R.Ya. looks for property owners: elderly people or sick people, or socially disadvantaged people and begins to put pressure on them, telling them that they are threatened with physical violence in order to seize their property and promises to punish all those responsible and solve all problems because of his close friend, prosecutor Sadlovsky V . V. Prosecutor V.V. Sadlovsky quickly registers criminal proceedings and collects all necessary property documents necessary to register ownership. In this case, indictments are drawn up and submitted to the court outside the pre-trial investigation period. Therefore, criminal proceedings brought to court are closed without actual verdicts being passed and the perpetrators being punished.
By agreement with the prosecutor, V.B. Gnidets was charged. is exempt from criminal liability, and the victim Oksana Nikolaevna Yachishin, who is mentally ill, is in a communal institution of the Lviv Regional Council “Podkaminsky Psychoneurological Boarding School” and has not received any compensation for damage caused by a criminal offense. Prior to this, by decision of the Brody District Court of the Lviv Region dated 05/07/2020 No. 439/1404/19 - Manchur R.Ya. appointed guardian by O.M. Yachishin. without being her family or just an acquaintance. The ward does not leave the boarding school today and is supported by it, and her property is being sold.
In criminal proceedings No. 12017140080000464, prosecutor V.V. Sadlovsky, who at that time served as deputy head of the Lvov local prosecutor’s office No. 3 for his accomplice, R.Ya. Manchur. collected the documents, and Manchur R.Ya. 09/11/2019 is before the verdict without having any rights, but indicating himself as the legal representative of A.M. Yachishin. appealed to the Frankovsky District Court of Lvov with a satisfied application for seizure of property (Resolution of the Frankovsky District Court of Lvov on securing the claim in case No. 465/5178/19).
Interests of the so-called guardian – Manchur R.Ya. in case No. 465/5178/19 is represented by lawyer Sergey Aleksandrovich Sytnik, who previously represented the applicant L.S. Chernenko. in case No. 466/9062/20 on establishing the fact, acting for this purpose against Manchur R.Ya.
With the assistance of Sadlovsky V.V. in criminal proceedings regarding the seizure of property by Guridova O.K. (the production number in the ERDR is not known) the necessary documents were collected, and gr. Manchur R.Ya. I personally completed the task of establishing the fact of family relationships between the games. Chernenko L.S. and Elena Konstantinovna Guridova, who died on 10/02/2020 in Lvov, which became the basis for the acquisition of ownership of L.S. Chernenko. three apartments in Lviv in an inheritance case opened by the Fifth Lviv State Notary Office, after the death of Guridova A.K.
In particular, according to the statement of Chernenko L.S. whose interests were represented by lawyer Sergei Aleksandrovich Sytnik and with the participation in the court case, allegedly, of the opposite party as an interested party: Roman Yaroslavovich Manchur, the fact of a family relationship was established between the deceased A.K. Guridova. and Chernenko L.S. (as a cousin, provided that her father and sibling died without an entry in the civil registry). By decision of the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Lvov dated December 24, 2020 No. 466/9062/20, the application of L.S. Chernenko was satisfied. and the fact of family relations was established and before the decision entered into legal force, three apartments were registered on L.S. Chernenko.
In the period from November 2019 to January 2020, the daughter of the deceased, Gutenko T.A. was undergoing inpatient treatment at the Lviv Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital (79021 Lviv, Kulparkovskaya St., 95). Around the end of January 2020, she was abducted from the hospital by Manchur R.Ya. and Sadlovsky V.V. and under their duress, a statement was filed about the commission of a crime in relation to his property by citizen V.P. Mukha.
In the inheritance case, according to the will of Vladimir Petrovich Mukha, 1/2 of the apartment was registered at the address: 79013, Lviv, st. Japanese, house. 14, apt. 4, owned by Gutenko L.V.
However, in the criminal proceedings entered into the ERDR No. 12020140080000193 dated January 30, 2020 in relation to Vladimir Petrovich Mukha on the grounds of a notification of suspicion by the prosecutor Vladimir Vladimirovich Sadlovsky after the expiration of the pre-trial investigation period, defined by Art. 219 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, no conviction was made.
According to the decision of the Frankovsky District Court of Lvov dated November 30, 2021 in case No. 465/7069/21 (trial number: 1-кп/465/1346/21), criminal proceedings were initiated on charges of V.P. Mukha of committing crimes under Part 4 Art. 358, part 3 art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, included in the ERDR No. 12020140080000193 dated January 30, 2020, was closed on the basis of clause 10 of part 1 of Art. 284 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, namely due to the fact that after the person was informed of the suspicion, the period for pre-trial investigation, defined by Art. 219 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.”
